Delays Possible: Severe Weather Disruption
We wanted to give a quick update on our delivery schedule during the severe weather...
Like many mail order companies, the severe weather experienced in many parts of the UK has had an adverse effect on our delivery schedule. Disruptions to the road networks and staff shortages have meant that we have not had our usual daily courier collections, and all courier services are experiencing delays in the delivery of parcels.
Unfortunately, this means that many customers many experience delays to our normal delivery lead-times. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these unforeseen delays and will do our best to get back on track when normal services are resumed.
We thank you for your continued patience while we are unable to give accurate delivery information. We will continue to update our news page with more information as soon as we have it.
In the meantime… Have you made your snowman yet?
