If your enquiry relates to an existing order, please make sure you have your order number handy. You can find it on the confirmation email you received when you placed your order.
If you have a question about delivery, bear in mind that all our pieces are handmade to order and take 3 working days (not including weekends and Bank Holidays) to despatch. We hope you don't mind this short wait; we're busy in the workshop preparing you the perfect canvas print!

Sending Cheques & Discs
If paying by cheque, please make it payable to Canvas Republic and post to the address below. Please include your name, address and order reference number. If you are sending us a disc for your Photo On Canvas order, please ensure that your disc (not just the case) is fully marked with your full name and order reference number. We regret that we are unable to return discs, which will be destroyed.
Similarly, if you are sending a photograph to us, please enclose your details, including your name, address and order reference number. It's a great idea to stick this information to the back of your photograph on a Post-It note. This ensures that we are able to match up the photograph with your order. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses that may arise if this proceedure is not followed.
