If paying by cheque, please make it payable to Canvas Republic and post to the address below. Please include your name, address and order reference number.
If you are sending us a disc for your Photo On Canvas order, please ensure that your disc (not just the case) is fully marked with your full name and order reference number.
We regret that we are unable to return discs, which will be destroyed. |

Similarly, if you are sending a photograph to us, please enclose your details, including your name, address and order reference number.
It's a great idea to stick this information to the back of your photograph on a Post-It note. This ensures that we are able to match up the photograph with your order.
